Lince Rossa

A graceful semi-dry white wine crafted from Cayuga White grapes. Light and refreshing, it offers delicate notes of green apple, pear, citrus, and soft tropical fruit, balanced by bright acidity and a clean, gently sweet finish. Named for the lynx featured on the bottle, Lince Rosa is distinctive, elegant, and wonderfully approachable. Pairs beautifully with grilled chicken, seafood, fresh salads, mild cheeses, light pasta dishes, Asian cuisine, and gently spiced foods.

“The garden outside of the main building is gorgeous and a great place to sip some wine. Inside you will find a beautiful wood-detailed interior as you make your wine selection. We had a cheese tray and it was delicious--there was an herb cheese that tasted amazing and I need to find out what type of cheese it was!”
